Mehmet Koç, has founded HLB MEHMETKOC in 2011, after serving as the Auditor of the Court of Accounts, Finance Inspector, Deputy Director of Istanbul Tax Office, Director of the Istanbul Tax Office and Director of of the Taxpayers Tax Office.
Dr. KOC has graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences (Finance Department) and graduated from Maltepe University Faculty of Law.
After receiving his master’s degree from Boston University (USA) in the field of “Financial Economics” and in the field of “Multinational Commerce”, Dr. KOÇ has completed his doctorate in the field of “Financial Law” at Marmara University in 2010 and awarded the title of Associate Professor in Financial Law in 2013.
Dr. KOÇ holds Sworn-In Certified Public Accountancy Certificate and Independent Auditor’s License.
